        個人簡介

          1966年出生,江西人,1998年中國農業科學院研究生院畢業,獲博士學位。中國農業科學院蔬菜花卉研究所研究員,農業部特色蔬菜產業技術體系崗位專家。曾獲得“有突出貢獻中青年專家”、“全國農業科研杰出人才”、“泰山學者”等榮譽稱號。擔任園藝學會分子育種分會理事長,十字花科分會秘書長,Horticulture Research副主編和Horticultural Plant Science主編。

        科研情況

          本人長期從事十字花科蔬菜作物基因組學、分子遺傳學和分子育種研究。致力于利用基因組學工具解析蕓薹屬蔬菜葉球、膨大根/莖和抽薹開花等關鍵性狀的形成、演化和馴化,以及基因組學在分子育種中的應用研究。主持了“973”、“863”和國家自然基金重點項目等一系列重大項目課題。領導完成了首個蕓薹屬植物白菜的基因組測序,作為主要完成人之一,參與完成了甘藍、油菜、芥菜和黑芥的基因組測序。在Nature Genetics、 Nature Communications, Plant Cell和PNAS等國際知名刊物上發表SCI論文120余篇。
